- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- When will my buckle ship?
Your purchase will ship in 5-7 days from the date of purchase. We ship USPS priority mail with tracking, which takes 2-3 days domestically, and 7-10 days internationally. If you require expedited shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
- What if the strap I ordered does not fit?
No problem, we will exchange your strap for a different size, provided the strap shows no signs of wear and tear. Please email us at email@example.com to get detailed instructions on exchanges.
- Do you take returns?
We do not provide refunds, all sales are final. However, please contact us with any problems you have with your order and we will try and work out a solution.
- How do I care for my steel buckle?
If rust develops on your buckle, simply buff it off completely with a dry piece of scotch brite (the green side of a kitchen sponge), then apply wax to the cleaned area. Some options are furniture or paste wax, beeswax, micro crystalline wax, and in a pinch, beeswax based lip balm. Please contact us with any care questions at firstname.lastname@example.org!
- How do I care for my brass or pewter buckle?
There are no special care instructions for these materials. They will polish with wear.
- I am planning a trip to Seattle, can I come visit your studio?
Generally we have open studio once to twice a year. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified of our studio events and sales. Otherwise feel free to email us, and we will see if we can fit in a studio visit appointment. Also be sure to check out our retailers page to shop STS in person as we do not offer sales through the studio.
